HAWS-KM’s Scott Williams Secure a Victory for Insurer Before the Minnesota Court of Appeals

Scott Williams recently secured a published opinion from the Minnesota Court of Appeals, which confirmed that where insureds’ property is damaged by hailstorms, their insurers may rely on harvesting as a method to repair the storm damage.

The Minnesota Court of Appeals also clarified the scope of insureds’ rights to statutory pre-award interest under Minnesota law.
