HAWS-KM Welcomes Two New Attorneys

The law firm of HAWS-KM is pleased to announce that complex litigation attorneys Tiffany L. Phillips, and Lindsey Streicher have joined the team.

 

Tiffany L. Phillips, Associate

Phillips joins HAWS-KM as an associate and advises clients on complex issues involving general defense, product liability, and commercial litigation matters. She works collaboratively with clients and fosters a connection through keen listening and thoughtful communication. Phillips served for 12 years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Special Warfare Communicator and completed five deployments to Southeast Asia, Afghanistan, and Chad. Phillips is licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Western District of Wisconsin. She received her J.D., cum laude, a Law and Business Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a B.S., summa cum laude, in Business and Economics from Regent University, and an A.S., in Technology from Excelsior College.

 

Lindsey Streicher, Counsel

Streicher joins the firm as counsel and advises clients on civil litigation issues from product liability and commercial litigation to corporate matters. With more than six years of experience, she builds cases with early legal analysis and fact development and crafts persuasive arguments for prompt resolution of litigation matters. Streicher is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and North Dakota. She received her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College. After receiving a B.A., from the University of Minnesota and attending law school, she received her paralegal certificate from Hamline University.
