COVID-19 Update

We hope you are all staying well and healthy in these trying times.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have encouraged all of our colleagues to work remotely until March 31, 2020. Like many of you, our priority is to take the necessary steps to reduce the risks to the health and safety of our colleagues, clients, visitors and their family members.

Our attorneys and staff have been outfitted with the necessary equipment and tools to conduct all business from remote locations. Fortunately, our attorneys have had remote access capabilities for nearly 20 years and have been able to efficiently work remotely while out of the office or traveling. We will remain agile and flexible in adapting to the needs of our clients in response to the ever-changing environment. We do not expect to miss a beat.

We have developed a plan moving forward in order to efficiently respond to the ever-changing landscape presented by the COVID-19 situation. We are seeing extended and uncertain delays in day to day life due to COVID-19. Depositions, inspections, and case-related activities are being continued, and courts are continuing deadlines, trial dates and most hearings in order to adhere to social distancing recommendations.
