Bill Moran to Present at NBI Traumatic Brain Injury CLE

HAWS-KM Professional Association civil litigation attorney William L. Moran will speak at the National Business Institute’s full day CLE entitled, “Traumatic Brain Injury Cases:  Neurosurgeon and Attorney Perspectives.” The CLE will be held at the Holiday Inn Bloomington Airport South on Wednesday, June 28, 2017.  Bill’s topic will focus on how to creatively present medical evidence to a judge and jury. In addition to his Minnesota trial work, Bill has built a strong national reputation for defending clients in product liability claims involving playground equipment, disposable lighters, farm machinery, industrial machinery, building products, construction defects, and class actions. He is a frequent lecturer and author for continuing education programs, industry seminars and law school classes.

An accomplished and nationally recognized litigator, Bill is a shareholder in the firm and has more than 30 years of experience. Recognized in multiple practice areas, Bill regularly represents consumer, commercial and industrial product manufacturers, retailers and insurers throughout the United States. He concentrates his practice in the areas of:  Class Action Defense, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Insurance Related Litigation, Employment Litigation, Product Liability Defense and Toxic Torts.
