Bill Moran to Present at CSP Leadership & Crisis Management Forum

HAWS-KM Professional Association civil litigation attorney William L. Moran will speak at CSP’s Leadership & Crisis Management Forum where retailers and liability experts will come together to understand how to better prepare, respond and recover when challenges arise.  Bill will address risk management issues facing convenience stores and retailers. The conference will be held May 23-25, 2017 at the Hotel Granduca in Austin, Texas.

An accomplished and nationally recognized litigator, Bill is a shareholder in the firm and has more than 30 years of experience. Recognized in multiple practice areas, Bill regularly represents consumer, commercial and industrial product manufacturers, retailers and insurers throughout the United States. Bill is a frequent lecturer and author for continuing education programs, industry seminars and law school classes. Bill is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and federal district courts in Minnesota, Nebraska, the Western District of Wisconsin, the United States Courts of Appeal for the 7th and 8th Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
