He focuses his practice in the firm’s personal injury and insurance litigation, product liability, transportation litigation, and business litigation groups.
Before joining Haws-KM, Gustavo represented clients as a trial attorney before immigration and criminal court. He served as an immigration attorney providing removal defense before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals. In addition, he served as a criminal defense attorney representing clients in misdemeanor and felony cases before various courts.
Gustavo grew up in Alabama and Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Alabama Huntsville with a degree in History and Political Science.
