Morgen brings an analytical approach to each matter. She excels at researching and synthesizing information to find solutions for clients. She understands the complexities of each case and encourages strong collaboration with clients to meet their goals. Morgen is proficient in conversational Spanish and is committed to utilizing her language skills to serve client needs.

She gained invaluable insights into courtroom procedure and enhanced her legal writing skills while completing her judicial externship with Federal Magistrate Judge John Docherty. As a former student practitioner in a Bankruptcy Litigation Clinic, Morgen successfully represented clients through complex bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Haws-KM as an associate, Morgen served as a law clerk conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting various legal documents focusing on jurisdictional issues, product liability law, and discovery disputes.

Morgen received her J.D. from University of St. Thomas School of Law. During her time at law school, Morgen served as a competitor in the Patent Moot Court, a Representative in Student Government, served as secretary for the Wellness in Practice organization.

She earned her B.A. from the University of Portland, where she held leadership roles such as Captain of the Mock Trial team and Peer Wellness Ambassador.
