Legal Specialist
When clients are looking for a litigation attorney who is battle tested and calm under pressure, Tiffany is the one they call. Her practical decision-making was developed first during her youth growing up on a farm in central Minnesota, and then through her career in the U.S. Navy.
More About Tiffany
Five deployments in the Navy taught Tiffany the true meaning of determination and grit, and she brings that experience to her legal practice while helping clients face challenges and persevere.
Tiffany focuses on providing guidance to clients facing complex issues related to toxic tort litigation, insurance disputes, and product liability defense. She strongly believes that a collaborative approach, rooted in thoughtful communication and shared objectives, cultivates trusted relationships. Prior to joining Haws-KM, Tiffany worked on matters involving disputes over ERISA and Workers’ Compensation benefits.
Having mastered the ability to process a high volume of information, Tiffany efficiently and effectively discerns her clients’ legal problems and skillfully moves cases forward to meet deadlines and deliver results. She currently concentrates on her work in the asbestos group as well as on insurance coverage matters and other forms of insurance litigation.
While in law school, Tiffany was on law review and taught briefing and analysis fundamentals to underclassmen. She has stayed connected with the Mitchell Hamline community by serving as an adjunct professor.
