Tiffany L. Phillips

Tiffany advises clients on complex issues involving general business matters, product liability, and commercial litigation matters. She firmly believes a collaborative approach grounded in thoughtful communication and shared goals fosters trusted connections. Having mastered the ability to process a high volume of information, she efficiently and effectively discerns her clients’ legal problems and skillfully moves cases forward to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Before joining Haws-KM, she worked with clients across the country as an attorney at a national disability law firm. While in law school, she was a law clerk at a consumer bankruptcy firm, completed a business externship with a multinational reinsurance company, and was a legal intern under the general counsel of a private investment firm.

Tiffany received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and Law and Business Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She completed her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business and Economics at Regent University, while serving on active duty. While in law school, Tiffany served as a Mitchell Hamline Law Review associate and student-taught legal briefing and analysis basics to underclassmen for two years. She received multiple law school awards, including the Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and the Student Award of Merit. Tiffany is licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Western District of Wisconsin.
