Thomas defends businesses of any size on a full range of toxic torts matters including exposure to asbestos, silica, talc and other industrial, retail, manufacturing, and consumer products. Thomas’ practice involves complex medical and scientific evidence that is the key factor in the litigation process. More About Thomas

Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. Before joining Haws-KM, Thomas owned a litigation support business that specialized in providing law firms and insurance companies with sophisticated legal research, writing, and analysis.

He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minn. While in college, Thomas studied abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

Outside of the Office

Thomas loves to get outdoors with his wife and two energetic children. He is an enthusiastic swimmer, skier, and cyclist, and spends as much time as possible on the Minneapolis lakes and trails.
