Thomas’ practice involves complex medical and scientific evidence that is the key factor in the litigation process. From case evaluation through litigation and appeal, clients rely on Thomas for clear and open communication and a deep understanding of the underlying subject matter.

Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. Before joining Haws-KM, Thomas owned a litigation support business that specialized in providing law firms and insurance companies with sophisticated legal research, writing, and analysis.

He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minn. While in college, Thomas studied abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

Outside of the Office

Thomas loves to get outdoors with his wife and two energetic children. He is an enthusiastic swimmer, skier, and cyclist, and spends as much time as possible on the Minneapolis lakes and trails.
