Lindsey partners closely with clients to develop strategies tailored to meet their legal objectives in product liability, insurance coverage matters, and business disputes. Early legal analysis, clear communication, and thorough fact analysis are hallmarks of Lindsey’s approach to defending clients. She anticipates and acts quickly to devise persuasive legal arguments and bring a prompt and fair conclusion to disputes. Lindsey takes pride in her research and investigatory skills, which she employs to develop defenses and pursue early resolution and results for clients.
As a prolific writer, Lindsey is adept at analyzing voluminous and complex information and translating it into comprehensible terms to aid clients in participating and understanding their cases. Before joining Haws-KM, Lindsey gained valuable practical experience as in-house associate working at an international consumer products company, and as a legal consultant.

Lindsey loves cooking (but not baking), reading true crime books, web sleuthing, and attempting DIY home improvements. She is a regular at the CrossFit gym and occasionally participates in local competitions. But most of all she enjoys spending time with her husband and their children.
